About this Role This individual manages a team of Business Analysts responsible for supporting projects and teams across the major business lines in the company. This includes managing personnel involved in the planning, development, implementation and operation of mission critical software application systems; and participates in the development of strategic planning sessions for First Bank business lines. In this Role You Will: - Manage the efforts of Business Analysis team in existing system support as well as development, testing, and implementation of new solutions - Exercise the usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations - Set strategy and priority for the team in alignment with First Bank leadership and governance processes - Act as mentor and coach to staff on performance, training and development - Work to expand knowledge of banking and business functions being serviced - Review bank systems and provide input on the development roadmap - Represent the Business Analysis team in special corporation-wide cross functional initiatives - Establish documentation best practices for project and tas...
