Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite What You Will Do: In this role, you’ll support the Quality Operations team in maintaining product quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business to identify and solve problems, improve processes, and ensure our products meet the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Support day-to-day quality activities in manufacturing Participate in investigations and root cause analysis Contribute to process improvements and quality data analysis Support change control, risk assessments, and documentation reviews Collaborate in internal audits: Support validation activities under supervision: Assist with product holds and containment actions Contribute in daily cases related to assigned project and products Gradually contribute to certain processes as an eventually Process Owner Leading role in contact with other Stryker sites and respectfully Stryker Divisions in quality related topics.
