Description This position is responsible for analyzing market trends, designing and administering compensation structures, and managing comprehensive benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent. The specialist partners closely with HR leadership and managers to provide expert guidance on pay decisions, job evaluations, and benefits utilization. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while continuously assessing program effectiveness and recommending improvements. Through a combination of data analysis, employee support, and strategic planning, this position helps create a fair and engaging employee experience that supports organizational success.
