This program will be executed jointly by Gulf Copper LLC in Galveston, TX and Port Arthur, TX and by Davie Nordik Yard Finland (DNYF) at the Helsinki Shipyard in Finland for the delivery of polar vessel for the U.S. Coast Guard based on an existing design previously built at the Helsinki Shipyard.
