POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the daily operations of the campus Facility Control Center. Assist with the coordination of major facilities activities and provide updates and situation reports on planned and unplanned outages, major maintenance and repairs, maintenance inquiries, and monitoring a wide variety of systems and devices on various platforms. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist with SCADA and BMS operations, as necessary. - Monitor & Coordinate - Monitor facility networks for anomalies, disruptions and critical alarms. - In conjunction with the USG, responsible for the opening, tracking and closing of planned outages. - Coordinate emergency access for subcontractors and vendors for repairs and troubleshooting. - Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure they are resolved timely and efficiently following all MOPs. - Review and help prioritize service requests from the customer. Upload in MAXIMO and assign to the applicable team.
