The Opportunity The Faculty of Engineering is seeking a Project Officer – People and Systems to support the delivery of key initiatives aligned with the Faculty’s People and Systems strategy. In this role, you will design, implement and coordinate people-centred initiatives that advance equity, diversity and inclusion, delivering tailored solutions for staff cohorts and fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, safety and belonging. Working closely with stakeholders across the Faculty, you will provide project management, communications, reporting and analytical support, while maintaining key systems and data to ensure initiatives are delivered in a coordinated, effective and sustainable way, aligned with Faculty priorities. We’re looking for a candidate with experience in project coordination, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems are essential, with experience in digital communications or design tools highly regarded.
