Summary: The role of the Plant Operations Senior Manager will support the Plant Director in all aspects of Plant Operations including Safety, Quality, Culture, Cost, and Delivery. This position will oversee the sanitation department and be fully responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facility (including microbiological performance). The Plant Operations Senior Manager will plan, direct, train, and execute on the Major Clean Up (MCU) activities and ensure the facility is at standards and on time to begin production after MCU. This role will have direct involvement in raw product utilization and will work closely with the raw department to select raw product per the plant schedule that they help develop.
