Job DetailsJob Location: Eastland Suites Hotel and Conference Center - Bloomington, IL 61704Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 Salary/yearThe Director of Sales identifies, develops, and maintains property sales and marketing objectives, plans, and programs with the goal of maximizing rates and overall revenues for Eastland Suites and The Tentac Enterprises Companies while achieving superior service. The Director of Sales also strives to increase corporate client base through consistent solicitations while establishing trust and rapport with prospects/clients to generate and boost revenues for the hotel. This position will be responsible for supervising, managing, and overseeing the Sales Department while following the guidance of the General Manager.
