Job Description: Head of Product & Strategy — Public 360 Nordic Public Sector SaaS | AI-Native | European Expansion Public 360 is the leading case management, citizen dialogue, and records/archiving platform for public-sector organizations across the Nordics. Our customers operate critical societal missions across government, defense, health, education, energy and more — where trust, compliance, and reliability are essential. We are now expanding into broader European markets with a clear ambition: make AI native to both our product and the way we build it. We are hiring a Head of Product & Strategy to define where we play, how we win, and how AI becomes a durable structural advantage in close partnership with our CPTO. The Role You will own product strategy and portfolio direction end-to-end: market focus, differentiation, investment logic, and measurable outcomes.
