Overview The Gilbane Development Company is looking to hire a Property Manager, who is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and compliance performance of The Upland at Barnaby & 7th, a LIHTC multifamily community. This role provides on-site leadership and ensures the property operates efficiently, maintains full regulatory compliance, and delivers an exceptional resident experience. The Property Manager oversees leasing operations, LIHTC compliance adherence, rent collections, vendor coordination, maintenance collaboration, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate is highly organized, compliance-driven, resident-focused, and experienced in affordable housing operations. Responsibilities: LIHTC Compliance & Regulatory Oversight :• Ensure full compliance with LIHTC (Section 42) requirements and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.• Oversee income certifications, recertifications, file audits, and documentation accuracy.• Maintain audit readiness and support agency reviews or compliance monitoring.• Collaborate with Compliance Specialists and Regional leadership to address regulatory updates and corrective actions.
