Summary This position will serve as an integral part of the finance team to support the Treasury, Accounting, and company-wide financial departments. This position will primarily be working in a financial planning and analysis role, assisting the Manager of Financial Analysis with the quarterly projections, the annual budgets, variance analysis, and other ad hoc analyses as requested. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong skills in analytical problem solving, general ledger accounting, financial analysis, data querying, report presentation, and organizational skills. Candidate should also demonstrate keen attention to detail. The Sr. Financial Analyst will work with personnel from various corporate entities, hospitals, and shared service centers to obtain information, understand issues requiring attention and present actionable solutions to management. Much of the analysis will be new and will require the position to think critically through problems and use resources to obtain the information.
