We're looking for a data-driven Growth Manager to own user acquisition and ad monetization across our portfolio of free-to-play mobile games. You'll be responsible for profitably scaling our player base while maximizing ad revenue per user by balancing CPI, ROAS, and LTV to drive sustainable growth. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics. OBJECTIVES: Plan, execute, and optimize paid UA campaigns across major channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, and others). Manage and allocate UA budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and hit LTV/CPI targets. Conduct creative testing (ad creatives, formats, messaging) in close collaboration with the creative team to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs. Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, making real-time bid and budget adjustments. Build and maintain LTV models that incorporate both IAP and ad revenue to inform UA spend decisions.
