We are looking for a results-driven Engineer I to join our team as the link between Engineering, Production, and Quality. In this role, you will lead the implementation of new processes, ensure compliance with GMP and SQF standards, and drive productivity, quality, and cost optimization. You will also support continuous improvement, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and help deliver safe, high-quality products that meet customer expectations while aligning with Sensient’s business goals of service, quality, cost, and safety. What you’ll do: - Further develop Amboy’s KPIs and key process parameters to effectively monitor and measure the performance of the process and use these measures to drive improvement. The focus will be on throughput, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, minimizing downtime, improving turnaround times, and adjusting process parameters.
