This Director, Senior Corporate Counsel, DaVita Venture Group will serve as a strategic legal partner to the DaVita Venture Group, focusing on building partnerships with health care innovators to help improve the lives of patients with kidney disease. The primary scope of this role includes drafting, negotiating, and closing a wide variety of strategic transactions, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), strategic partnerships, and equity investments. As a member of DaVita’s legal department, the “Justice League of DaVita” (JLD), this attorney must balance legal risk with business objectives, providing creative, practical, commercially-minded advice while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
