Intrinsic Health Group is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team on the Sunshine Coast. This is a permanent position, available full-time or part-time, offering a predominantly adult caseload across CHSP, Support at Home (SaH) and community-based services, with a strong focus on functional, real-world outcomes. You will be based within the Vitality Movement Centre in Birtinya, working alongside a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Dietetics, with access to purpose-built facilities and gym spaces to support functional and rehabilitation-based therapy. You will be supported by a dedicated admin team who manage scheduling, coordination and day-to-day logistics, allowing you to focus on clinical work and client outcomes. There is also the opportunity to contribute to the growth of speech pathology services locally and step into leadership responsibilities over time, if this aligns with your interests.
