Advanced Practice Provider (APP) (PA/NP) Neurosurgery - Instructor of Clinical Practice ( Job Number: 39882 ) Description: University of Colorado Anschutz: Department: Neurosurgery Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider (APP) (PA/NP) Instructor of Clinical Practice Position #:00847690 – Requisition #:39882: Job Summary: Responsibilities of the APP position include management of inpatient neurosurgical patients with neurosurgical pathologies, perioperative management, and first assist in surgical cases, as appropriate. The APP will work closely with other members of the Neurosurgery service including APPs, surgical faculty, and residents. This service is heavily weighted towards inpatient responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of organization, but an equally strong flexibility and skill in dealing with rapidly changing clinical situations and daily schedules. This position will work with all neurosurgical specialties to provide inpatient care for a variety of neurosurgical patients.
