Overview Element has an opportunity for a Test Technician to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Test Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision. Salary: $20- $30/hr DOE: Responsibilities: Sets up and conducts environmental simulation tests specifically focused on Dynamics: Vibration and Shock, but also including Climatics: Temperature/Humidity, Thermal Shock, Salt Spray, HALT, IP and NEMA Spray, Drop, Compression, Cargo Bounce, Accelerated Weathering, Acceleration, Altitude, Thermal Vacuum, and Pressure. Documents test setup, progression, and results Organizes and documents data for each assigned project in the project’s test log Maintains in-depth knowledge of test standards, product test procedures, and instrumentation Interacts with customers during the testing process, periodically assists with troubleshooting and development and schedule modifications Performs preventive maintenance on test and support equipment Performs responsibilities in compliance with all Company policies including but not lim...
