Role Summary: The Belonging & Marketplace Engagement Manager will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen a culture of belonging and drive marketplace engagement. This role is responsible for supporting inclusive business practices that expand opportunities for small and emerging businesses, including women- and minority-owned firms, in alignment with JE Dunn Construction’s strategic objectives.
