Innovation & Application Engineer eCommerce

Role Summary: The Innovation & Application Engineer supports our drive for growth by proactively developing, optimising, and commercialising innovative eCommerce packaging solutions . Working closely with the International Key Account (IKA) and regional sales teams, the role identifies new opportunities, leads customer-focused solution development, and manages cross-functional projects from concept through to implementation. This role emphasises proactive innovation, packaging optimisation across fulfilment and distribution environments, and leveraging operational insights from eCommerce supply chains to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions. A dedicated testing team supports validation activities, while this role leads application design, project execution, and commercial deployment.
