About the Role: This is a regional role based in Europe with extensive international travel, typically around 50% of the time, especially during the initial phase. You will collaborate closely with Operations Directors and leadership teams across our Health & Medical manufacturing network, covering key locations such as Germany, France, Sweden, Mexico, and Colombia. As Manufacturing Excellence Manager within our Health & Medical Business Unit, you will play a key role in deploying and strengthening TPM roadmap across a global network of manufacturing sites.
