Opportunity in Miami Lakes, FL or Jacksonville, FL. AVP / VP opportunity. SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Interest Rate Derivatives Sales professional, to join our growing team at a regional bank with markets in Florida, New York, and the Sun Belt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing, pricing, and trading interest rate hedging products with the commercial lending teams and corporate clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. Sales & Business Development: - Structures, prices, and executes derivative transactions with corporate clients, ensuring that all pre-trade requirements are in place, including Dodd Frank disclosures, and credit approval. - Develops and implements sales strategies across the bank's commercial businesses to grow market share and achieve fee income targets. - Prepares educational materials and custom sales pitches to clients, prospects, and internally to educate and provide additional learning opportunities.
