Join the leading provider of rural healthcare in Minnesota! This is a unique Dental opportunity, allowing you to work in a cozy Dental Clinic setting within a large, integrated hospital facility. You will work with our Dental staff to assist in making our patients' experience a safe and enjoyable one. Under the direction of a licensed dentist, the Dental Hygienist promotes dental health by performing dental prophylaxis or periodontal therapy, providing oral cancer screening and radiographic studies, conduct oral assessments, conduct patient education and explain how to practice good oral hygiene, provide other duties related to preservation of dental health and prevention of dental disease, and occasional supervision of dental hygiene students. Schedule: - Casual – 1-2 shifts every 2 weeks - Monday - Thursday 8AM - 4:30PM and on Fridays 8AM-1PM Pay & Benefits: - Starting pay begins at $35.85 per hour: exact wage determined by years of related experience - Pay range: $35.85 - $53.77 per hour Qualifications: The CentraCare - Dental Clinic is a collaboration with the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry ’s community outreach programs.
