Job Title: Vice President, Commercial Banker - National Builder Finance (NBF) Location: CityScape What you'll do: As a Commercial Banker II - Mid Market with National Builder Finance ('NBF') you'll be responsible for identifying a target market for new business of institutional caliber with a focus on Lot Banking, Land Development, Build-to-Rent, Vertical Construction, Homebuilder Facilities, etc., and subsequently developing and establishing a book of new business from those relationships. The NBF Team finances Projects throughout the country in various markets with a focus on strong fundamentals and risk adjusted return. Key responsibilities include negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of a variety of major and complex loans in compliance with the Bank’s lending policies and procedures; develops business checking and deposit relationships with customers.
