General Summary: This position is responsible for assisting the Plant Manager in developing, managing and maintaining profitable plant and materials operations by coordinating personnel and equipment to ensure operation efficiency and profitability. Essential Job Accountabilities: Assist in managing one to two asphalt plants and associated sand, gravel, and crushing operations to ensure efficient production and maximum profitability Review cost reports to ensure financial accuracy and support informed operational decision-making Assist in preparing operating budgets and forecasting data to support planning efforts and achieve established financial goals Track and report material production data to optimize plant resources and meet the needs of internal and external customers.
