Sales Coordination is responsible for evaluating and responding to customer requests, preparing and issuing quotations, maintaining contracts, and proactively communicating any changes or developments to customers, while ensuring full compliance with Hapag-Lloyd policies and procedures Sales Coordination supports the Sales Executives by managing commercial follow-up activities, coordinating customer-related actions, and handling all back-office administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth business execution Sales Coordination acts as a key interface between Sales Steering, Sales Execution, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and seamless cross-functional collaboration across the business.
