POSITION SUMMARY: As a Non-CDL Transportation Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing room revenue. Inside this role you will provide world-class customer service by transporting guests to and from resort location safely and efficiently. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Greet guests with promptness and courtesy, attending to their shuttle needs while providing exceptional customer service. - Complete a pre-trip checklist daily to ensure the safety and functionality of the shuttle. - Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. - Log into the shuttle app to efficiently manage shuttle operations. - Assist guests with any needs including luggage when needed. - Always operate shuttle in a safe manner maintaining all traffic rules and regulations. - ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED - Minimum Degree Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent - Minimum Years of experience: 1-2 years commercial driving, guest driving preferred - Required Certificate(s) or License(s): Valid Driver’s License Class D with a passenger endorsement issued by the state of Arkansas or Valid Driver’s License Class E issued by t...
