POSITION SUMMARY: Relocation Assistance available up to $15,000 Pay range: $42.21/hr. to $63.30/hr. The Office Nurse (RN) is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality care to the patients in accordance with individual needs, physician orders and standards of care, as represented through the patient care policies. Provides direct and indirect professional nursing care for patients. Assesses patient needs, develops a plan of care, implements and evaluates the care delivered. The Registered Nurse is expected to practice in accordance with professional standards, core values, and with a commitment to service excellence. The position supports providers daily by performing clinical administrative duties within their scope of practice such as order entry, managing lab results, scheduling appointments, and coordinating care.
