Assists in the organization, development, and leadership of a competitive Field Hockey Program in support of the mission and core values of Union College. Work Days: Varies: Shift Start/End Time: Varies: Hours Per Week: 20: Weeks Per Year: 20: Assistant Field Hockey Coach - Part-time Pay Status and Classification: Non-exempt, Non-benefit eligible, Part-time Temporary Supervisor: Head Field Hockey Coach: Position Purpose: Assists in the organization, development, and leadership of a competitive Field Hockey Program in support of the mission and core values of Union College. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coaching and Player Development: Assists in planning and conducting practice sessions. Provides individual and group instruction focused on skill development and team strategy during games, practice, and individual sessions. In partnership with the Head Coach evaluates player performance and provides feedback. Administration: Assists in organizing and managing team logistics, including travel arrangements and equipment.
