Job description

Summary The Manager of Stations Safety reports directly to the Senior Manager of Safety. This position focuses on the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans that continuously improve a safety-conscious culture. This position requires strong leadership and supervisory skills while interfacing with all operational departments and workgroups within the Company. The Manager of Stations Safety engages industry safety groups, and counterparts to advance aviation safety. This position requires air carrier line experience, knowledge of human factors and aviation safety concepts, and a working knowledge of current aviation regulatory guidance and safety management systems (SMS).
