Job Description Summary Performs a wide variety of electronic, electromechanical, mechanical and support production assembly and functions of a semiskilled nature to build and assemble complex units. Determines and follows methods and sequence of operations in assembling cables, soldering, bonding, testing, trouble shooting and manufacturing of transducers. Have a vast knowledge of the various building processes within the department. Demonstrates advanced manufacturing skills and efficiently completes daily tasks according to the standard times without sacrificing the quality of the product. An Assembler should have strong soft skills, be a person who can work well with a team and collaborate with people from other departments. General knowledge of the MRP system. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Assemble components into medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures. Assembly may involve miniature components under a microscope. Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished product.
