Job Summary: As a Bench Patient Services Manager , you will provide leadership and operational support for Patient Services teams across acute care hospital accounts in the Detroit metro area. This role floats between locations based on business needs, including vacancies, new account openings, PTO coverage, performance stabilization, or special initiatives. You will assist in leading daily patient meal operations, ensuring meals are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with clinical, regulatory, and patient satisfaction standards.
