Minimum qualifications: - 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management. - 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team. Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting. - 1 year of experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages, leveraging experience competing for talent. - Experience solving problems and delivering impact as a contributor. - Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships. - Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
