Job description

The Role: As a Senior Developer you will be working in an agile team headed up by a Lead Developer and a Project Development Manager, working alongside other developers and Product Owners to deliver quality solutions across a variety of technologies in CCX Tech to a busy Customer Contact Centre. As a passionate developer, you'll be involved in the mentoring and support of other developers within the team. You'll also ensure that all development and code follows best practice, high levels of security, and meet the relevant industry standards. You'll be required to understand and interpret technical specifications and turn them into working code, using a mix of technologies. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in a broad range of development techniques with a proven track record of enterprise application design in an AI-driven development environment.
