Overview Join Racker’s Community Services team as a Family Support Coordinator Team Leader and play a key role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to lead fulfilling, connected lives. In this leadership position, you will oversee and coordinate community based support services, including Home and Community Based Waiver Services and Family Support Services, while guiding and mentoring a dedicated team of Family Support Coordinators.
