The Opportunity: Lead the development and delivery of organizational change management (OCM) plans for major IT projects and communication, and act as the day-to-day owner of WSP IT's enterprise communication channels — drop-ins, internal town halls, the IT SharePoint site, the Viva Engage page and the IT inbox. The role ensures a consistent, audience-tailored IT voice across the organization and supports adoption of major IT initiatives.
