Overview Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing, analytics, and talent branding for the Cretex organization. Additionally, this role will be responsible for sourcing strategies, cultivating relationships with schools, staffing agencies, and organizations to develop relationships and candidate pipelines. Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions: - Be the subject matter expert on the recruitment process for Cretex and its operating companies - Manage the candidate experience through the talent acquisition software, iCIMS, by implementing system improvements and enhancements - Nurture existing viable candidates in iCIMS for potential future openings - Establish and optimize candidate sourcing in iCIMS - Identify and implement efficient, effective, and inclusive recruiting methods - Lead the internship program - Partner with other recruiters to develop processes and standard work that is consistent across operating companies - Manage and enhance the candidate experience - Lead consistent candidate onboarding process for hand-off to business units - Establish and maintain effective past employee reach-out program - Pa...
