Job Title: Coordinator – Events & Activations Job Summary: This position’s primary responsibility will be to assist with all gate giveaway and theme night distributions as well as assist in small-scale gameday and non-gameday events. Additional responsibilities include overseeing New Crew fulfillment service, assisting with large-scale, non-game day events, and being an agile member of the Events & Activations Department – working behind the scenes to aid in the creation and execution of unique experiences for the Kansas City Royals. Position Accountabilities/Responsibilities: - Lead smaller-capacity special events during gamedays and non-gamedays - Assist with external distribution of all giveaway items (externally at gates) - Assist with event planning, set-up, and production for all theme nights - Assist with internal distribution of all giveaway and theme items (internally for front office) - Assist on theme night execution, as well as any applicable planning and coordination - Assist with any large-scale internal events, such as Fundraising Events, Galas, Holiday Parties, etc. - Organize and maintain accurate inventory for all giveaway and theme items - Ensure clear, articulat...
