Universal Metro Asian Services is a Not-For-Profit organization that aims to serve immigrant populations of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Middle East, Latin America and Europe. UMAS is a small, family run organization. The perceptive employee would need to have experience with that or have experience wearing multiple hats. In addition, perceptive employee should be able to work autonomously, be a self-starter, and have initiative and lots of follow through. Roles and Responsibilities: - Homecare Supervisors report directly to the Site Manager, who is managed by the Executive Director - Prepares a schedule of Homecare Adie for the participant being served in the Santrax/Sandata Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system - Monitors on a daily basis the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Verve ware system to make sure the Homecare Aides (HCA) are following their programed schedule for each participant assigned - Make sure that there are memos written in the EVV system for any schedule/service deviation by confirming with the participant and HCA/FHCA - Review the Monthly...
