Audubon Metals Texas LLC is accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Lead Technician. The person in this position will need to be able to work a 12 hour shift on an alternating 36/48 hour work week. The ideal applicant will successfully lead a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and work well with everyone on the Maintenance team. The Maintenance Lead Technician is responsible for supervising and performing PM’s and corrective work on production machinery. Activities must be coordinated with management and production needs. Duties/Responsibilities: - The Maintenance Lead Technician will supervise a team of technicians. - Follow company policies and procedures related to equipment. - Ensure maintenance technicians work safely. - Supervise and prioritize activities for maintenance technicians on your team. - Train maintenance technicians on your team. - Communicate with managers on a regular basis. - Perform repairs of equipment throughout plant. - Troubleshoot various mechanical and equipment failures to determine needed repair. - Perform scheduled PMs on all equipment. - Replace broken or worn hydraulic lines and replace hydraulic c...
