AT&T has an opening for a VTC Technician to provide technical expertise to a team conducting 24x7 video operations center support. Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting of video teleconferencing and related video systems. - Install, upgrade and repair video systems at various customer locations. - Operate, install, maintain, and troubleshoot VTC systems such as Polycomm and Cisco. - Design and implement VTC systems at customer locations.
