Role Summary Support sales enablement for Citizens Private Bank by maintaining tools, developing enablement content, and reinforcing resources that help embed core sales routines into daily practice. Gather field feedback, identify opportunities to improve tools and resources, support onboarding and ramp-up for new Relationship Managers, strengthen cross-team connectivity, and assist with administration of the Relationship Manager Development Program. Primary responsibilities include: Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Enablement tools & content adoption: - Expand and maintain a library of enablement resources that are easily accessible, current, and tied to core sales routines (prospecting, referrals, client engagement, and opportunity progression). - Ensure content is current, easy to find, and embedded into daily workflows; coordinate updates with SMEs and communicate changes clearly to the field. - Drive reinforcement through engagement tools (checklists, coaching prompts, “what good looks like” standards) and post-session follow-ups that support behavior change.
