WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Operations Finance leader provides financial guidance, analysis, and insights to support Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational performance, support decision-making, ensure effective financial controls, and lead internal audit processes. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide financial oversight and operational support for designated gaming and casino operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and property performance goals. Partner with Gaming Operations, Cage & Credit, and Revenue Audit teams to deliver actionable financial insights and support real-time decision-making on the casino floor. Oversee and strengthen controls related to casino cash handling, gaming revenues, and transactional processes across table games, slots, and cage operations in accordance with Nevada regulatory requirements. Ensure full compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) regulations, Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), and company policies, maintaining audit-ready processes at all times.
