Join Latitude on a 12-month fixed term contract to support, optimise and strengthen our Workday platform and people systems. We’ve been on Workday for nearly 10 years and are entering a phase of significant enhancement and transformation , requiring strong BAU support alongside delivery of key strategic initiatives. You’ll join a well-established Workday environment with real scope to influence how we evolve the platform and people systems over the next phase of transformation What will you contribute to?: - Provide day-to-day support and continuous improvement across our Workday platform and people systems, ensuring stability, data integrity, and a strong user experience - Partner with People & Culture, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements and support large, foundational initiatives - Configure and maintain Workday across key HCM areas - Gather and translate business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose Workday solutions - Support releases, testing cycles, and change deployment - Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution or escalation - Contribute to Latitude’s shift toward an AI-first approach , including adoption and optimisation of Workday A...
