Objective of Position: To provide high-quality child development programs. Program delivery and implementation are in keeping with the YWCA GLA Mission. Statement of Primary Duties: Provide careful and effective supervision of children's activities as assigned by the Site Director and Program Director Maintain appropriate standards and rules for children's behavior.
