As a Strategic Transformation Manager , you will drive high-impact, cross-functional projects that are top priorities for our C-suite and senior leadership. Your primary focus will be on collaboratively solutioning and leading the top initiatives for the company’s COO and CFO. You’ll join a dynamic, forward-thinking team that acts as an internal consulting group, tackling a wide array of topics and working cross-functionally to deliver meaningful and sustainable results. Partnering with subject matter experts across the organization, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and executing strategic initiatives with a focus on long-term success. Based in Poland, you will interact with a wide array of stakeholders situated globally.
