Description The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management to support the mission and goals of the organization. This role manages the day-to-day operations of the HR department and provides strategic and hands-on leadership in areas including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. The HR Manager ensures that HR policies and practices align with federal, state, and local regulations and foster a positive, productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Payroll and Benefits - Manage and process bi-weekly payroll, including payroll setup for new employees. - Oversee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. - Ensure accurate payroll records, tax reporting, and compliance with wage and hour laws. - Serve as primary point of contact for employee questions regarding pay, benefits, and deductions.
