Let's introduce ourselves Vehicle Engineering is one of three development units within Engineering at Volvo cars. Vehicle Engineering develops interior, body & exterior, chassis & climate solution/systems. This position is placed in Gothenburg, Sweden. Software Factory & Release is an enabling section with the purpose of building the SW, Continues Integration flow within the Vehicle Engineering unit. We provide skills within SW testing, HIL rigs, SW integration, and SW release flow. Vehicle Engineering is now searching for an experienced SW integration leader with perceptive leadership skills. To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience from SW integration in larger contexts and CI (Continuous Integration). You enjoy the position where you get the opportunity to coach, lead, and empower people where you show leadership with an agile mindset.
