About the role: The Global Field and Partner Learning team at Red Hat seeks to appoint an Enablement Manager to collaborate with sales and enablement leadership to translate strategic business objectives into scalable solutions within the Seismic Sales Enablement platform. The position requires a combination of consultative engagement, enablement strategy development, and platform configuration to ensure that Seismic yields measurable outcomes, such as enhanced seller productivity, increased content adoption, and improved customer engagement. The successful candidate will function as both a strategic advisor to the business and an enablement manager within the Seismic platform. This role sits at the intersection of revenue strategy, enablement design, and the configuration and optimization of the Seismic platform. What you will do: Conduct discovery sessions with sales, marketing, and enablement leadership to identify and prioritize revenue enablement use cases.
