Schedule Full-Time| 80 hours pay period | 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pay Range: $20-$24 (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and essential systems, creating an environment that promotes security, functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re troubleshooting HVAC systems, maintaining safety equipment, or enhancing campus aesthetics, your work will directly impact the well-being of our residents and the overall experience at Vivie. As a Maintenance Technician, you will: - Maintain Buildings & Grounds – Perform general building maintenance, repairs, floor care, landscaping, snow removal, and remodeling to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. - Manage HVAC & Mechanical System – Inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to optimize safety and comfort for residents and staff. - Maintain Plumbing & Water Systems – Inspect and repair hot water heaters, softeners, plumbing equipment, and pool systems, including monitoring pool chemistry when scheduled. - Ensure Life Safety & Emergency Preparednes...
