Role: HSSP Program Manager ODR Reports to: Senior Director, HSSP-ODR Program: 1307-HSS MHSA Department: Integrated Care Location: Sherman Way Van Nuys - 13561 Sherman Way, Van Nuys, CA 91405 Setting: Not 100% Onsite Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Status: Full-time/Non-Exempt/Non-Management Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 403(b) Retirement plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), etc. Openings: 1 Job Description Summary: The Program Manager, Housing Support Services Program will oversee the HSSP ODR Project-Based Buildings including clinical services provided to justice-involved population. HSSP is a specialized program that provides comprehensive and intensive field-based community mental health services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) who are formerly homeless and have a Severe Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED).
